See the MCP documentation for setup instructions.
Image Generation (Powered by Gemini API): This feature is available exclusively through the dedicated Generate API. It enables you to create blog post cover images by combining a required prompt with an optional image template. The template can guide style or layout, while the prompt provides the main input for generation.
Generated images are then automatically resized, converted to the desired format, and uploaded to object storage according to your settings. Here is an example ho we are using this feature to generate blog post cover images: SnapiX Blog Story.
We don’t provide a web interface for image generation, as Google already offers one for free at Google AI Studio.
Note on credits & storage:
Uploading images via the web interface to the default bucket costs 0 App credits, but still consumes your storage space.
Uploading images to a user-provided bucket costs 1 App credit per image, but comes with no space limitations.
Uploading via the API always consumes App credit(s), regardless of the bucket.
The image generation costs 40 App credit plus one or more credits for the image processing.
